yet another pointless blog…

And after promos, i’m stuck with this huge chunk of time on my hand, with little to do - even less than previously where i would have taken some time off to do some exercise. (as per normal, outta sheer boredom). Meaning, i need to find things to occupy my time with.

Funny though, i cant seem to find one activity and stick to it - not unless you count reading (right now im going thru fanfiction - bleach, harry potter, full metal alchemist, spirited away). My energies now seem to be divided every which way, with me picking to do something more or less at a whim..

Things ive done (or halfway done, or partially started) already : -

Ive picked up playing my saxophone again. Now im trying to pick up Mulan’s Reflections by ear, as well as an assorted collection of other pop tunes… not very successfully. (Ask ms sam how bad i sound, i played to her over msn muahahahahaha)

Another pointless passing fad is me drawing (!!!). ok. this one, was started during one of the after-promo lectures - in which i was bored outta my mind. so instead of my normal doodling (squares and circles and lines) i started to draw faces, actually trying (well halfway trying) to do it "properly" as in more detailed than the normal smiley faces… then i added on bodies, backgrounds… etc. - im no genius, but at least my things are *recognizable*.

Writing fanfiction. *wince* yeah, im trying to write… stories.. *hears gasps from stick, jolynn etc* as contrasted to the "eve who always always writes factual essays for school and never ever ever writes fiction". haha. well… im… 2.5k (2500 words - only) through this bleach-inspired piece (thank goodness bleach is rather obscure in acs)

CLEAN MY ROOM!!

and theres the whole temptation of adding more features to my mutatorlite, however since ive exausted the less complex options, whats left is more… complicated… and thus more scary. meaning that i may never get the guts (or time, or inclination) to start tampering again. but if i do, a few options - adding anagram maker, or trying for a simple brute force cracker for the multi shifts, or figuring out the extra scramble feature.

(deep breath) on a side note, rumours are 2 ppl from 2906 didnt meet the promotional criteria. So.. our -already small- class my shrink further. *wince*
