–> is this who i think she is? *muahahahaha*

to chee : HAVENT YOU REALISED BY NOW THAT I CANT REALLY IGNORE ANY CODED POSTS? *sheesh* and what encryption is 0×1E anyway?

fine fine…

just finished blog surfing. u can imagine how i blog surf now.. what with expensive net time and all –> in other words, i load 4 blogs in 4 different windows, go offline, spend my sweet time reading. which means i can actually only be connected for 15 minutes and still keep myself entertained for an hour or so… and its even more if i choose to try to figure out coded entries — right now im doin it from scratch a.k.a. manually cuz i dont have any decoders with me. but i have a sneaking suspicion tat its impossible to manually decode….

firstly, some apologies. ok. one. no wait.. two of them.

sorry guys for the extremely extremely short leaving sitiawan / kuching / malaysia notice. wish we couldhave spent more time together esp post-spm period when i was actually FREE. (yeah yea but that doesnt mean stick gets out of the promised tennis game… its still on.)

*in case u guys are still blur, now im in singapore, for the time being internet access costs 1 sing$ per hour (RM2.50) until (a)the hostel gets wireless or (b)i get to school and use the free net access in the library there.

the other one goes to zoe, who just blogged, quote, "i dont like it when eve calls me idiot", unquote. yea, didnt realise it affected you so much… um… yeah, sorry then.

thanks a lot, i just got tagged with "5 Weird / random things about me". you know who you are. heh. but i am bored… and tired but not sleepy and actually a little high but not really.

1) i am a normal teenager trying to survive in an abnormal world. seriously.

*scratch that* (oh the reason why im not using strikeouts is that im composing on notepad)

1) I talk, well, more like yell, at computers. at last count, i have talked to 2 laptops and 4 desktops (all different ones). no, they dont respond (unless u count additional error messages as responds…) actually, i talk to just about everything especially when im irritated. *fyi, i havent started talking at the hostel’s computers. yet.*

2) I would actually like to do a lot of things… but just dont have the guts to try.

3) My boyfriend list count is now at … approx 43 (with kelvin lim as its latest addition)**

4) I get homesick easily.

5) I have sugar highs at least once every month. (the serious sugar highs where i… well.. if u’ve seen it you know, if you’re havent… you’re lucky)

** the boyfriend list lists the rumoured boyfriends which i have "had". note the the word "RUMOURED"

Tag to : anyone who wants to reply. Lilian, Daphne, Zoe, Joyce Tagal and Jansie in particular.

Going to Marina Bay tonight to watch the fireworks… should be fun… (curfew is at 2 am according to the seniors…) but. extremely crowded and i dont think its such a good idea to have 4 girls who absolutely never been there b4 wandering around… whats life without a bit of risk?

—————

miss sam : for now, the emails will be shorter and less regular, untill i start coping with the life here… sorry

sing-a-pore.

Thursday, December 29th, 2005

firstly… MISS SAM! If i hear you say "yay ur in acs" yet again im never ever ever ever gonna speak to you again.

anyway.

im settling in in singapore for the past few days so thats why i havent been going online at all for the past week or so. (no, i havent beaten the 9 days netless record during pre-spm cramming periods.)

the teachers and Ministry of Education Singapore (henceforth shall be referred to as MOE) favorite phrase seems to be "You are Scholars (note the capital S). We have certain expectations for you."

and the seniors are trying not to scare us (or maybe they are, i wouldnt know) with stories about the really really heavy workload we’re supposd to be getting. and anyway the subject combination im thinking of (3 sci 1 maths & econs) is supossedly almost suicidal. joy. plus… Co-Curricular Activities…. hm… we shall see how well or how badly i can cope.

the feeling of partial unreality –> first it was "I cant believe im in SITIAWAN" and now its more of "I cant believe I’m in ACS’s hostel in Singapore" ACS!!! arghhhhhhhhhhh what are the chances of that happening????!?!? *not that the hostel is bad… its one of the best hostels here. or so i heard.

eve will survive. somehow.

——

not gonna tell about hostel rules and such (many many many…) and the stacks and stacks of paperwork they seem to require for um… just about everything. but… i guess it isnt so bad. really (attempted grin)

school starting in 4 days (today counted). sigh. but we’ll have 3 days of orientation. so…. its actually 7. i hope.

——

btw, kenny (if youre reading this)… i still havent found out the Housemasters that u said are your friends. prolly not ever gonna bother either. so there.

eve wants to keep a low profile. (WHAaaaat? its true!!! really!! *voice goin high pitched*)

and by now miss sam would be puking. yay.

eve out.

of short holidays and…

school magazines and ppl leaving and friends meeting up again.

first…
Looking glass 2005(st teresa’s school mag, to those who dont already knoe) cost me RM15. ouch. BUT…. its a really nice magazine. (sorry guys, most classes dont list the girls’ phone numbers so ur outta luck).

… "surat dari seberang" is the only section ill mention. teresians seem to spread. proof? there were 6 letters, one from dunedin, one from russia, one sans fransisco, one brisbane, and one melbourne… and 2 of em are still in secondary school. whoa. (i know those 2 heherz). globalization is well and truly alive. and its fun to know where ex teresians are and what theyre doin *hint hint to the acs editorial board*

next.
MY HOLIDAYS ARE OFFICIALLY ONLY 21 DAYS LONG *mutter mutter mutter* whateve happend to the long break for post-spm!??!? well i suppose i cant complain. i did accept (of my own free will) the ASEAN Scholarships. Sad to say that im not in the top colleges… but so far got 2 other ppl (ex classmates) with me in the same hostel. cool…

the crossroads of my life are fast approaching. and i have no idea whatsoever in which direction i want to go. *blink*

two paths diverged in a yellow woods,
and sorry i could not travel both…

yeah, i can only travel one road. out of many many possibilities.  and, my parents will (have already actually) leave my to choose my path (not that they wont give advice, but ultimately its my life to live).

knowing that…is quite sobering. *blink*

but in the end, ill muddle through somehow. (like ive done so far…)

note : about the GOd thing… just re-remembered that belief in God isnt the same as belief in an organized religion.
